تیرے عشق کا چرچا کر دوں
میں تیرا ذِکر عام کر دوں
آ شعر تجھے سنا کے میں
اپنی شاعری کو اَمر کر دوں
سارے غموں کو کر کے بیاں
خوشیوں کو تیرا مقدر کر دوں
اِن سب اشک بھری دعاؤں سے
ساحل کو میں سمندر کر دوں
کہکشاؤں کی وسعتوں کو سمیٹ کر
تیری مُٹھیوں میں ستارے بھر دوں
اپنی محبتوں کے تاج محلوں کو میں
تیرے قدموں میں ڈھیر کر دوں
اپنا نام رَکھوں میں زندگی
اور زندگی تیرے نام کر دوں
